Limited number of projects , no scope for skill development, project goals run around billing and meeting financial target rather than striving for excellence, especially health care BU is not is god shape

...selves In 10 members team, only 1 will be with 5years rest are full of Freshers. Experienced peoples, Pathetic to join Tata elxsi even if you got good package. too much pressure

Overall good experience as of now, since TATA ELXSI company is part of TATA group. But compensation is far less that market standard.

I would say since last one year due to COVID pandemic, the work pressure is too much which affected overall work-life balance, also appraisals given are very less compared to market standard.

Dislikes

People coming from outside get better salary but people inside is not recognised until they resign. Some of things are very process oriented you don't get proper response from the teams like Finance and logistics keep sending mails with no response

Job security is good here. Good On-site opportunities if you work in good projects.

Compensation could be better. Company has drastically transitioned from being employee-friendly to investor-friendly. And not a single appraisal has come on time after the new CEO took over. No wonder the high attrition.
