Work life balance and opportunities to learn. Also to some extent job security. Flexible in many matters. Not too far from my home is a big advantage. Rejected Infy offer for reason to travel too far. It makes you self efficient. Teaches you lot of lessons to handle you on your own.

Dislikes

...be no link between your grades your designation and actual work. Spineless HR's. Salary is average not market standards. 0 benefits, no recognition, No team building, No team lunch, No team outing, In a year you get a dairy and a pen that to if you collect. Being an Indian company don't even have budget to distribute sweets. I want to stop here don't want to take it to next lower level.

...ying off people for the smallest reasons. Managers do not give a crap about you.no promotion and the salary is stuck in 2014 no increment at all. Horrible work life balance as they force you to be in office min 9 hours otherwise guess what your layedoff

Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on most wekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. They don't care at all about the employee. and also will never accept that because of them they are loosing many clients.

Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year. A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.
