About increment nothing clarification when will get letter. They will give increment or not nothing disclosed. HR management is not handling properly

If your work in right department u can learn things from scratch and it will help you to get high paying jobs in aboard Since it's green field company we can implement all improvements and ideas without any problems

Since under Tata Group there no proper designation policy,no proper compensation in appraisal, experience personals not treated as based on experience Initial Salary increment given by favouritism (Tata Group having robust policy regarding employees benefits Tata electronics is totally exceptional against Tata work culture

Working is good for learning new thing in process.

Giving very less package to experienced compared to GET. GET - 6 LPA and 4 to 5 experience - 4 to 5 LPA. Also work culture also very bad. Work life is not maintained.
