1. All things are priority across the year and working on 2 out of 4 weekends is expectations 2. Lots of delivery and Program manager from TCS with irrelevant domain knowledge but good with following up on resources. 3. Udemy based learning structure from architect to developers. 4. Creating pressure and making them developers feel low is the trick 5. They are only product based company with timesheet paradigm

... of micro management, leaders are clueless of future, central decision making 6. Compensation is below average with no ESOPs (only senior leaders get it) 7. Do not expect to learn anything, there is no peer learning, best practice learning or structure learning 8. Promotions are full of favoritism bias and not based on merit or potential 9. Most people are looking out, good ones have left or are leaving

Work life balance is not considered at all. One has to work every single day and that too without any extra pay. Culture and behaviour of seniors are very rude and they bash folks but never help them out

Worst possible work culture you could find. No vision in terms of growth. Worthless people at leadership The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization. The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news

Job security due to Tata brand. Nothing more positive about this. Most of the people are just for Tata brand. HR and senior management will boast a lot about company during interview process, but once you join you will realise they have no clue of what they are doing.

- Yes boss culture - No vision - Less salary compared to market - long hierarchy - No sync between tech and product. After CTO left, company is clueless. Changing tech stack every month.
