Work Life balance and Company Culture

Its stagnant from last 5yrs no growth. Management is unsure about the future of the business. Companies started later with no funds exposure and experience have become unicorns already.

Excellent work culture, everyone is very open to all suggestions and provide ample work life balance. Overall excellent company to work with.

Dislikes

Promotions are largely driven by performance, but is not entirely dependent upon that.

Likes

It's really good place for freshers to start in. Lot of work if you really want to learn and grow. Work culture is really nice. You can literally explain your concern to any person in the company and they will listen to you and do something about it. Really good teammates and micro management is not there. Fast paced work environment but they still give you time to get familiar to things.

Dislikes

Appraisals are less compared to your peers. They don't have cafeteria. Activities other than work is very less. Accessories are not good given that they are Tata brand.

Nothing. The management at the start of company was really wonderful. But then at the moment higher management got changed the new person started like he owned the company. Pathetic is the only word for him. Managers were like they are paid to listen to higher management only.

I working at contact basis and contract is over offering in marketing field in which I am not interested because I done MCA I am so excited working in IT field I was agree to work very less salary because my childrenhood dream was going in it at developer that time vacany is not there so I left. But if company provides me I am agree to work.
