TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress oir issues.

Job security even if we are on emergency leave we get pay for that.

Manager are not to good, they don't encourage team members and less opportunity to come up and be in fame ....they try to pull you down.

Poor promotion policy, slow career growth cycle, appraisal given not satisfactory, less salary, no free transportation for women and all employees working in night shift.

It is a very good organization for those who like to learn new things and who like to work in peaceful and pressureless environment. Salary and appraisal part is comparatively less than the other competitive companies. Work life balance is good

Salary is Low and appraisal is not that much good. As I am new to the company, I haven't seen any politics play yet. But heard some words that it will be here ...
