Dear sir Team is very supportive, helpful and work environment also good all are good but package too low and we need at least 2 week off and we need increment

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress oir issues.

Less compensation,No growth or increments, you can only expect to get a job on payroll if they need you otherwise switching after working for a while is the best option. They recently started giving notices to people who are working for more than 4years on third-party payroll.

Job security even if we are on emergency leave we get pay for that.

Dislikes

Manager are not to good, they don't encourage team members and less opportunity to come up and be in fame ....they try to pull you down.
