Work environment is good. Management is transparent and policies are also good but for third party employee they dont give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Career growth is slow. Salary is not decent.

I love the fact, that I am the part of this organisation which has a best Work environment. There is an huge platform such as webinars, corporate trainings where you can develop your learning skills that inturn helps you in career growth.

I really enjoyed working in this company and the work environment here is also very good.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

...is under no obligation to provide reasons for decisions taken. decisions like why an employee was not given any VP or Bonus amount how an employee in same team with same experience and expertise got promoted...
