Team work is very good, excellent security , higher team also friendly nature with every employee , growth is also good and I love that I am a part of Tata family..

...s not match with onrolle people they having 2 holiday off roll having only 1 ...salary also less at least increase after 6 month or 1 year it's not done.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress oir issues.

I really enjoyed working in this company and the work environment here is also very good.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

...is under no obligation to provide reasons for decisions taken. decisions like why an employee was not given any VP or Bonus amount how an employee in same team with same experience and expertise got promoted...
