Likes

Outsourced employees are treated as outsider though they are the foundation of this company. Tata Communications has recently change their policy for outsourced employees that 2 years job & 3 months off, called COOLING OFF. This process killed the mental strength, job security & against humanity too.

1) inhuman attitude with outsourced employees. 2) Outsourced employees salary structure is so poor. 3) No job security for Out-sourced employees. 4) No promotion & No work life balance for outsourced employees 5) Managers are spoiling subordinates carrer. 6) No policy, no process & company culture is too pathetic. only politics going on in terms of promotion & upgradation. 7) Now TATA brand name is at stake.

Dislikes

Culture Uncertainty on the new business model other then network Variable pay is a gimmick Only 10% receive 100% variable pay in sales/business development role. Account allocation is biased.

Salary received on time. usually its received at the end of the month.

Dislikes

Initiallly Tata communication was very good for work life but now a days management is changed. Currently people are not able to manage work life balance due to work load. recently Tata comm has formed separate entity call novamesh and forcefully pushed cybersecurity department to novamesh entity. Now management is pushing to rollout 6 day working pattern. Also from customer side there is push to be available for 24*7.
