As compared to designation too much work load here no salary increment is given they hire diploma engineering in only 10 yo 15 k such a salary as a unskilled and uneducated fellow

The only thing good about this company is that it will let you learn about it's processes, functions and operations completely. It is a good place for learning and most people with whom you will have to deal with daily aren't rude.

Dislikes

There are many flaws in this company. Firstly, as a GET your in-hand salary will be Rs. 30,000 max. There's no growth in this company, you'll get promotions after a period of 6-7 years, no bonuses or travel allowances, working hours for general shift is 8am to 6pm where you get a lunch break of 1hr and 15 mins only. And for shift engineers, it is 8hrs but sometimes you might be told to do 12 hrs shifts too. Most of the departments aren't accepting of female employees and they have to face issues related to comments about their place, complexion, weight, height, stamina, etc. The company doesn't let you participate in competitions like lean six sigma, ethics related as they include senior employees only and there will be a competition to be included in the team. Apart from that, major problem is the location being remote, the hostel food is very bad, even after repeatedly telling the authorities in charge, I haven't seen any improvement in the food quality.

Not much work pressure. And also good for learning. Personal time is good. All of these are from process engineer perspective, and from a service engineer perspective it might be a totally different scenario.

Dislikes

The place where the company is. After a hectic day, you don't have anything interesting for refreshment. Other cities are very far from this place. Work culture is not that professional as per TATA standards.

Excellent organization, with high professional standard. Very good to learn and collaborate. robust health insurance policy. Exceptional work life balance one can mantain. Located in a marvelous location outside city buzz in pune. Leaving TCL is one of the difficult decisions that I made. Wonderful people over there!

Career growth and new opportunities are not high. Salary for fresh doctorates is low and may continue even after being experienced.

Likes

Time management, working schedule, discipline, two days weekly off, Holi day schedule etc was very good.
