In collection it's worst place senior pressure to do invest money from salary for your target agency and manager to loading for achieving seniors targets other wise they are not giving confirmation in prohibition period and always say to do resign from your position. No support from hr and rcu. All senior waste fellow working in tata capital only.

Company is good but senior employees working from last 10 years in same position. All that senior are mind less and they said that they are correct always they don't know present market situation.

Tata Capital is excellent company for in house team also they are given best opportunity for his in house staff

In Tata capital have two group for working one is on roll team and second is third party pay roll team for third party pay roll employees are not getting any benefits as for pay roll team also they given big pressure on third party pay roll team for work out it is big pressure on third party pay roll for work out

work Culture is too good, work environment is good team mates and boss are supportive company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salry hike and bonus every year.

salary is decent but career growth is slow there is no other dislike just career growth is slow

This place is a such a wonderful and good atmosphere. Salary also good and management work very hard on employee performance.

There is a lot of issue in timing and holiday. In the every month after 25th date daily working hours is about 16 to 17 hours.

Most Likely Brand ..Tata Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
