The culture is very good having high job security. No employee was removed in covid lockdown time even salary also not hold to any one.

Growth was very less. Appraisal are very less about only 5% per year and getting promotion also not easy in operations team.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Need to negotiate about your compensation before joinging else you will be way behind as compare to the market
