... work with a very talented teammates. I have learn so much new assignment there. Salary and appraisals are quite not satisfied. Overall working environment is very good. HR team is very bad they are not very co-operated to any emplyee. I had very bad experience about HR. As i have met an accident hence i was not able to mark my attendance till my recovery. But they are not able to understand my medical situation and disallowed to me my rejoining at branch. As i want to work with them again after my recover. Even till date i have not recv my reliving letter .

...ue which is facing by the employee. They are selling goodwill ot the tata group. In short top management and mid management are working for their salary and benefits instead of growth and value addition of the organisation as well as frontline employees.

Good learning for beginners especially in audit department good compensation and friendly work nature.

It is normal in most of the organization politics and favouritism which kills you more than physical injury and will lead to loose your enthusiasm in work.

There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance of compoff however no compoff is given after that. There is late sitting and extended month end.
