If there is no working day in plant due to some reason From higher authority (company end) they still cut on that day salary.. food facilities paid and not good food provided... Hygiene issues .. there are gap between associate and higher authority...

Earlier, when I used to work there, there was a lot of pretense there. If a head comes, it looks as if the work is going on very smoothly, but as soon as he leaves from there, the work gets done quickly. A little more batteries were made than should be made in a day and I don't like this at all. bus and canteen facility should be free.

There are so many projects running in production,NPD, ENGINEERING department so learning a new things ideas to upgrade your skills.work freedom.

The company not appreciate the educated,hardworking or experience person to onroll.The supervisor only give the name if they like.so not waste your time hardworking experience and educated person learn and apply other companies.
