The company these days is strictly into cost cutting.. since there are many old employees ..there is a lobby system.. The upraisal is very low ...

Culture of the organisation is very good Infrastructure and Facilities provided by the management is top notch in the industry Benefit of working in a hybrid model for need based roles

Salary is not upto the market rate for profile if you start as a Management Trainee Appraisal is not as per the expectation even after getting the best rating

Lots of learning and training and developement. If work-life balance is maintained, such learning can be taken advantage of. Always something new to learn, you’ll gain a lot of knowledge.

...e. Bosses call you after and before work hours as well and on off-days as well. No overtime pay even when you work overtime every other day. Appraisal was done in a very biased way. KPIs were not designed properly and scores were very skewed.

..., moreover the work piles up as your designation (For the namesake) increases. 1) The company gives less than average hike for deserving candidates and pays higher salary for lateral Joinees. 2) Only old established people who are mid aged/old aged with more than 15 years in same firm are working at same position and their leadership style is such that they think they are the part owner of the TATA GROUP. 3) Lots of internal politics and only bootlickers Or supervisor's favourite people are promoted, that too with growth of 3-5% on promotion. 4) Company mostly runs on the good will of the TATA GROUP with majority of policyholder having faith in the name of TATA. 5) Extremely slow growth with terrible workload in claims team. 6) Sick aged people working in the same department/role for last 15+ years dictates how things will work as per their wish and command. 7) Please join if salary offered is more than your expectation, otherwise you will trapped in vicious cycle of Politics/ peanut hikes / depressing workload.

I think top most thing I like here is the job security. Even in COVID19 setuation no worker lost thier job and not faced any cutoff in pay. Work culture of a company is very good, we have supportive seniors and colleagues.
