...es not respect co-workers and also seniors doesn't behave well with executive's.and they also diduct salary without any valid reason.if i wanted any type of help and support from them they don't replie well. I will never ever join tata AIG company for my life.

Politics in work environment, commitment related to salary and appraisals not met by management, recent introduced practices ruining work culture people due for promotions have to undergo interview with other Department heads and prove their merit..post working for due course. Typical indian corporate culture.
