Dear team against covid -19 salary are discrees. Why I want to know the reason. Each ND everything good I ask a question for our country govt. if ur not eligible to right now why you are less a salery. I know economy is not good. You will be backed by seniors.. even if you are from ground level ..your voice and opinion will matter... HR is still good and have some ethics. There is growth oppertunity if you can fight for the same...

The company these days is strictly into cost cutting.. since there are many old employees ..there is a lobby system.. The upraisal is very low ...

Salary compensation is good for MBA graduates, it can be a good start for a career for those interested in insurance industry

Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work. No leadership to look upto,even when changed the team

Only its Hybrid and weekends off, because it’s one of the worst companies.

Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
