Thane office is only one floor. If all employees and partners come together in office there will no space for sitting. Tata should get one more floor to occupy the staff. Also limited four wheeler parking.

... has their own territory so need to put extra butter to complete dependant work. Close ones get higher ratings and higher variable pay.

Excellent pay scale. Excellent annual bonus pay. Somewhat gives good option of WFH.(depends on which vertical you work) Has pick and drop facility. Decent employee benefits.

Worst work culture Long late sitting hours. There is absolute 0 work life balance Have to work 7 days a week and even on public and national holidays. (You might get a compoff or 1k rs.) There is lot of favoritism and partiality. Even after sharing feedback to the HR no one will hear you. FNF takes 3 months to process. Post you leave they will haress you for your own money and when ask for any help they will make you beg and cry for it. Only people work here who are in need of money, once they are done they won't hesitate to leave.

Work life balance is just pathetic No only cares in this company that a particular empoyee is working more 12-15 hours even Sundays are working and some time i a continuously 15-20 days of work

Pure Data Entry job, No right to use sql. Took help from Permanent Person ID and Take data.

Due to Its a Contract Basis work with over time compensation. People timepass till Working our and start work after working hour for earning Overtime Salary till 12PM everyday.
