Many changes comes recent year's. Overall company is good for only Top management. Job security for all is good.

Policies changes frequently. less salary than expected. This is not like other TATA companies. This is not aerospace but like automobile company.

...h discrimination between Graduates & Diploma holders despite having ability. 2. Low Salary and lowest increment structure for Diploma holders as compared to other companies. 3. Management of Company is very Poor.

...y high but management of this company was sleeping in 90's era, not any changes from last 8 year, same salary structure with lots of deduction.

There is few option available for growth, and salary is very less, with 4.5 years of experience, my annual income is 1.9 lakhs.

THE SALARY WILL COME ON TIME AND THE PL ARE MORE.

The worst management. They are only thinking for themselves. The are not taking care of there worker. After doing job here , no campany wil take you in Hyderabad because of HR issues. Coming here to work is like doing sucide. The incremental is very very low . They are giving one 800rs early increment. They will call you to work even on special occasions like puja and your family function. Don't ever come to do work here.

Absolutely nothing. I love aerospace industry and my job at tata but the management and company policies and worst with the lowest salary.

Most things i dislike , just the worst management possible and worst salary ever.
