Worst Work Culture, Micro Management, No Growth & No Skill Upgrade, Old Technology hesitate to upgrade, Limited Learning. Management doesn't listen to Employees. North & South People are treated different. Despite company situated in Hyderabad 1st preference & growth is given to North Indians only. They don't treat all employees equally. Monday to Saturday strict timings. only TASL Hyderabad is working from Monday to Saturday all other plants in other states work from Monday to Friday. Canteen food is worst & charging very high for that. No proper company transport facility name sake transport facility given by company that to they charge very high cost. think before joining. Iteration rate is high no one will sustain more than a year due to politics of Management.

Many changes comes recent year's. Overall company is good for only Top management. Job security for all is good.

Policies changes frequently. less salary than expected. This is not like other TATA companies. This is not aerospace but like automobile company.

In TATA Group Job security is best thing in my point of view, Work environment is good.

Promotion and appraisal is poor process, salary not good at TASL,NAGPUR. They provide us 13k for 3 yr experience.
