There is very dirty politics in Tasva, honest workers are tortured, store manager, HR, and RM all together torture the staff.,And when a staff member leaves their job due to their violence and complains to the higher level, then the higher level people support them. There is no career growth here, my only advice is if you are honest, don't ever join Tasva. Tasva have 0% tolerance policy but no work is done on it. If you want to work in Tasva, you have to bear 100% tolerance.

The main thing I like in Tasva is everyone learning one new thing in everyday and the seniors are more helpful whenever you ask them anything they helps you. And the staffs of my store always comes withthe happy mindset and the good vibes come in store which helps in increasing the sales.

That they without asking employees they shipped staff in another store.

We feel like to be part of the organisation before joining, but after the management give us a pathetic experience we feel not to recommend any of our friends to join the organisation.the management should create a friendly environment where we feel to give beyond 100%.

The management puts pressure if there is any company visit on the staff.

Good learning skills at the beginning as the company started getting old the only focus of the company is business, glad i worked at the initial stage .

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, they expect you to do everything, we have to do every departments work, the working hours are too much and extended working hours without a pay, once we join this company we should forget about our personal life.

By working which such a big company. I learne a lot like what is the quality of fabric, What is the work on it. What are the different types of embroidery ect.

Because there is a little work here and i find myself free the whole day.
