Company is a bit conserved in spending. Lack planning in Engineering Procurement. No focus on improving engg stores function. Lot of interference in role play. No clarity on the deliverable s. Do no give importance for the systems and processes in Procurement function.

How to get the people at Tasty Bites to just get the job done. It is well known that if someone close to them is in a problem, if he is not helped, then he can get stuck in that problem. People here do not know the difference between friends and guests of each other.

1- HR consider themselves as an owner of the company, 2- HR politics is very high. 3- we got selected as a graduate engineer trainee for 2 years but after 2 years they said you were Apprentice trainee. You have to serve one more year to comple GET training 3-HR Sankar, Anila thomas was the person then cover the things by increasing our 5 person training period. 4- Even our managers know that it's not fair thing happening with us but finally they said It's not in their hand. 5- When we resigned for better opportunity HRs covered their shit by spreading the fake news that we asked them to resign

It's a good opportunity to doing work in tasty bite . To learn lots of new things, getting good experience, good knowledge . Yaaa senior are very supportive.

There is a job training given 3 years to new joiners

Non attendance from management over critical issues in manufacturing and yes important one is that work life balance is being difficult day by day
