People are just amazing and very supportive of the new staff and encourage the new staff to perform well friendly and nice people. There were sales meetings in the morning and DSR submissions in the evening.

I don't think that the company have a good sales pipeline, they seem to think everyone their potential customer it may be the case for an ideal world but in real world without any real interest almost no one is taskar's potential customer for frenchise. Because Frenchise is not a need and there is no market for frenchise ya if there is a genuine buyer you can sell the frenchise otherwise it's just all crap that is taught in training sessions that everyone or at least every business man is your potential customer for frenchise.
