Salary scale is less than industry level. Lot of travelling. Policy is good but this so called policy is not gonna work everywhere, company should look into this. Less increment and No Promotion. If you re 45+ Join this organization, Taro Pumps will be Jannat for you.

...untry. Take unnecessary decisions without knowing actual ground level situation. Salary for sales people is worst in the industry.

New bees and entry level employees are suffering in their work because of seniors and higher management in the texmo taro pumps. Higher management staffs are playing safe politics with new and entry level employee. If any employee ask against them or company, they will ask like you only join in this organization we did'nt pull you here, like wise they will talk to you. If government give permission to hold a gun for public for their own safety, i recommend texmo industries to new employees.
