Good colleagues in project teams, lunch, appraisals

Dislikes

No job security, recently lost few projects and resulted in silent layoffs, lot of politics between the higher ups. Especially the Director, IBU Heads and the Delivery Managers. Lot of favoritism was also seen during my tenure.
