Dislikes

...t have much respect for developers if you go to them even for official purposes. The salary they give is exploitative. They do not care about talent. Even if you request for a CTC revision, they will not listen to you.

Good colleagues in project teams, lunch, appraisals

Dislikes

No job security, recently lost few projects and resulted in silent layoffs, lot of politics between the higher ups. Especially the Director, IBU Heads and the Delivery Managers. Lot of favoritism was also seen during my tenure.
