...ing and frustrating time for me. Firstly, salary payment was highly inconsisent. While I received my first months salary on time, the subsequent payments were uncertain and often delayed. Another issue was the lack of proper documentation. Salary slips were not provided regularly, and I only received them after leaving the company after repeated requests. When I requested Form 16 for income tax purposes, I was surprised to find incorrect work duration and an inflated salary figure mentioned. It was only after filing a complaint that I recieved a corrected version, though without any formal acknowledgement or apology. The reality of the work envirnoment was very different from what was told during the interview. Additionally, work culture is negative. I didn't do any background check of these company and I suffered alot during my stay.
