Promoters are really great and kind hearted but their non technical COO who owns simply a Batchelor of Arts degree takes advantage of their generosity. He is just interested in his commission from brokers, vendors and contractors. Dirty politics starts when a really good and result oriented guy with proven track record onboards as a department head be it Projects department, HR, F&A, Sales & Marketing or any other department. This COO starts feeling insecure and find his commission is obstructed and then all the conspiracies start by COO's as s lic kers which eventually results the exit of all the good leaders and entire team who owns a positive mindset Since promoters are puppet of COO.

All the hype you see on LinkedIn is just a show off to attract good talents. They have absolute ZERO policies for the staff. Even small contractors in NCR are providing better facilities for staff then TARC. There is no job security. The only way you can secure your job is by :- 1) licking one person's asss. 2) Should not b**ls to give the technical aspects. 3) Should accept/approve all/any kind of rates vendor submits. 4) have the ability to sit idle as they can't complete any project on time. I have worked with many companies in my life from small scale to one of the largest real estate company, but with TARC I have had the worst experience. This is not a place for the people who wants to grow in their life. And range of salaries are pathetic, no health insurance for employees, can't go to HR regarding any issues. I would love to sit idle at home then working here.

TARC culture briefing:- 1. Hiring happens on the basis of LinkedIn hype and strategy. 2. Management ask new commers to implement system and work as per your decision. 3. After 2 months COO becomes insecure and starts his dirty politics. 4. COO is a 20 yr old employee and starts crying in front of management that I have no power if you don't want me then remove me and all. (COO is a non- technical and don't want to loose his commision from vendors and brokers). 5. Then COO and his puppets work collectively to remove the people . 6. Removing starts. Pls. Note :- This is a procedure of 5-6 months max.

At the time of joining they give you false promises.

Dislikes

They have put cameras everywhere in office & site office to monitor every moment of staff. MD & COO used to watch the cameras. Pl don't get trapped by seeing their marketing on the social media.

Full of show sha baazi. No experience with real Project execution. Full on Lala company. All top management takes active participation in internal politics including the MD and his buttering mantris. Very low vision for the projects. Technical competency is very very poor.
