Please don't come in Tapio it's a very shameless company I ever seen, when you join the company they give you the best thing to play,then after few months they so you there status . In tapio the name growth you will get a (poty)😆😆you may just change your trade but don't go tapio.

It was horrible experience of mine while working in Tapio. I took 5 minutes to think about good thing to write here but there in nothing.

I will be very honest in this regard as I have worked only for 4 months because of Bad culture, Dishonesty, no personal life, no personal development, no team work and many more .

Good culture. During covid 19 company has provided facilities of sanitization every where sanitizer fascilities is available.washroom is clean, social distancing at office seats are followed.

Dislikes

Job security is very poor,without analisation of employees performance elemination decisions are taken. Timing issues. Late-night fascilities i.e. cantene and security to home is not available. HR department is not polite with employees. All decisions are taken single handed. Owner are completely unaware of employees daily faceup with senior managers of all level.
