As a startup my company is working amazingly well in its industry with satisfying growth in business. My company emphasize more on work quality instead of quantity. They let me work freely sitting anywhere in the office. This is the best thing about my company that they do not over load me with work, they just let me work in my comfort zone to bring out best in me.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking there is nothing bad about my company.But the only thing i do not like about my company is that sometimes the environment gets monotonous when people around me are too busy with their work.
