Working Life balance, Salary on time, employees are good but work satisfaction is so so. good for ladies in terms of safety and security.

Dislikes

Dirty Politics, too much bargaining on salary, ditching hr policies, terrible job security can sack any time without any reason. All things are revolving among 2-3 ladies, they proclaimed themselves superior, having knowledge of each and every subject which results in a negative graph of employees growth rate. Whatever they presented to the whole sole boss is always welcome by him although he is good but the true information never passes to him. My reporting boss is good to the team but he is also facing the problems from them.

Good place for learning if by God's grace your manager is not toxic. For appraisal and salary, of course, you will need a job change.

Appraisal is very poor. No additional benefits apart from health insurance.

No pressure for work also staff and team are supportive. Manager can be a little rude but only for the work else they are also understanding and helping nature person.. During the prohibition period u will be treated well..

Appraisal are not on time and u need to justify your hours if u are not up to the mark working for the company bases doesn't matter u work hard and how much time invested....

Full Politics ✅ Full Partiality✅ Office discrimination ✅ Worst manager✅ Fights on floor✅ Dont expect good appraisal ✅ Don’t expect appreciation✅ Any time they can force you to left the company for no reason or a stupid reason✅ HR is so rude✅ Managers literally stopped my appraisal for four months ..if the one who is undeserving and manager is happy from her or him, then they will become win in any task this kind of politics makes my mind shit… thank god I finally overcome that mentally unstableness🙏🏻

If you have strong skill of sycophancy, then without experience and knowledge, every year in the company gets a good hike in salary and promotion without any hard work. I have spent **years with this company., but whenever the appraisal time comes closer the whole company comes into losses and all seniors start crying, but till now the company has been running for 22 years, I do not know what kind of losses they are facing, how efficiently they are handling them. Clap for it. They don't need a reason to fire someone, I'm not telling the full truth here but I think it's enough.
