Overall all other teams are good but there is team called Server Team which is the worst team I have ever worked nothing is proper in that team worst Manager one will do anything for his ego

...completely scam for new joining employees don't join here. 1)They are showing 6.2lpa CTC and giving only 30k/month salary. 2)You won't get increment till you become confirmed clerk. 3)you will not become confirmed clerk untill you clear JAIIB. And you won't get time for study so they are keeping everyone in probationary period only. 4) you have to stay in bank till 9:30 pm and you won't get over time allowance. 5) alternative Saturday is holiday but you have to go for marketing. 6)They will give you performance based incentive. But if you are leaving bank you have to pay back that amount along with 3 months salary. 7) no enough staffs ..each and every work you have to do. 8)My kind advice for everyone please don't join this bank.

...ke here... Don't waste your time for looking a job from here.... It's an hell... They won't gave a 30k salary as without pressure... And targets... This is working place is not suitable for long life survival... To be very frankly...

All these things.... The co worker also have useless attitude... Always being with very pressurized environment... You are required to work a multiple works... And Here there is no way for work life balance... You'll be sacrifice your dreams as well as everything... If possible please don't think about bank job.
