6 Month salary, Toxic work culture, unhappy employees. PF deducted but not deposited. 3 months since I have let the company, rest aside paying the F&F, they did not even give the the pendency calculations.

After 2019, the company has gone downwards, no pros

CEO is a self claimed godman, Have no expectation of salary, only join if you have a solid financial strength and would be ok to not get salaries for months together. I know people who have yet not been paid even after 3 years of leaving the organisation and the amount is in tune of lacs.

Poor execution. The CEO compares himself to Steve Jobs. Someone needs to tell him, bald wasn't the only trait of Steve Jobs. I understand if you are reading this, you might be a situation where you'd have an offer to join. DON'T. You'll regret for life. Find people on LinkedIn and they'd give you an in depth picture

Everything. The founder is childish in nature. He believes the world revolves around him. His management skills and self centred attitude are prime reasons for the poor state of the company. It's 8 years since the company is so called running and is still struggling? Shows how bad you'd have to be at managing it.
