the company providing good food other than this nothing to like

The company is not good for freshers to join because their expectations are more high. job is not secure here they will not give proper documentation or guidance. manager of the engineering team is not helpful. my suggestion to fresher don't join this company. There is less scope for learning because the company is using old technology. 100% of your career will spoil here if you join this company. engineering team manager assigns the 3-4 years of experience leveled task to newly joined freshers. worst company that I have joined, I will never join this company in the future.

Training process was very bad. They dump new resources with loads of documentation and after 1 month ask you to do presentation, during presentation they will do raging-ask all types of complicated questions on the product while making you feel that we do not know anything.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
