No growth in technical stack, management always tries to avoid paying salary in full. They do false promises to client and put the burden on the employees. Doesn't have a good senior employees to drive the project. Withholds employee benefits and make lame excuses. The company outlook itself is very bad, fails to attract new joiners.

The work proceses are efficient, communication between teams is strong, and there are ample opportunities for training and development.
