The management needs to work on the compensation. Employees are pretty underpaid here! Plus, good work is not appreciated as much it should be, if you're not a management's favourite. Hierarchy of growth just isn't there.

Worst company worst systems worst management. Owner of the company Siva Tayi is very arrogant and he thinks that employees are his slave* and he will use abu***e language. This company has a bad reputation in the market and all the reviews are fake they removed all negative reviews. I strongly recommend not to accept job offer because they fire people without any prior notice period and doesn't have any values or ethics. The management is pathetic, very unprofessional.

My favourite thing about working for my company is that we actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Everyone who works here enjoys their position and their job. We're vetted to do exactly what we love, moreover, training is paid for, and there are a number of other amazing benefits we gather. Personally, I think my favourite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and management.
