Work culture is best as I'm working here since March 2023. Till now I m getting my salary on time to time with no deduction. Best thing is that If you have any problem related to your work or any, things get better after discussion with the managing director.

...ay on time. There's much more things which can't be explained. Worst experience. Shift time is also from 10:00 to 6:30 and on every single thing there's a email of salary deduction. It's more like you're their servant rather than a employee.

Salary on time, no extra deduction. Even if you are on the bench and not doing sales for few months your job is safe with full salary every month. If you'll be hardworking, they'll boost you up every single month and keep your positivity maintained.

...nt management is fake they only going to give increment to their favorite staff. On spot termination no fnf no salary clearance no appointment letter. Deduction every silly reason EVEN IF YOUR COMING LATE FOR 1 MIN THEY GOING GO DEDUCT SALARY. RULES ARE DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE IF YOU GIVE GOSSIP TO THEM THEY WILL IGNORE EVERY SINGLE MISTAKE OR MISBEHAVE YOU WILL TREATED AS KING. MORE THAN 20 STAFF MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO LEAVE ON SPOT . WITHOUT ANY DUES CLEARANCE.
