WORK ENVIRONMENT IN SHOP FLOOR IS GOOD .PROPER WORK RELATED IN ERECTIONS AND PROJECTS JOBS ARE REALLY GOOD.

...ING THE SHOP FLOOR UNIONS WITH RESPECT TO ASSEMBLY SECTIONS SHOULD BE AVOIDED . SALARY CAN BE PAID MORE FOR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ll the employees as a part of their own family without deducting even single Rs. salary. 2) If I had to say about organizations work culture....They have been following all the necessary rules and regulations regarding covid-19 without violating the safety instructions issued by the central government. 3) Management have also been very supportive....They mananged very well during this critical pandemic...and are being managing right now... 4) Finally, The great salute to The Mr. Ratan Tata sir.... Their Tata group policies are always in the purpose of employee benefits.... Thanks for this Beautiful services.

I joined TAL as a Engineer Trainee. I liked the fact that I was part of the team that makes products for Aerospace Industry and has a global client base. People work here in collaboration and the management promotes learning opportunities for the individuals.

Dislikes

Growth is decent due to policies, but compensation is poor.
