I really enjoy the working at Takyon System Solutions beacaue of the positive work environment and the supportive,freindly approach from oru senior manager and CMD .While there are some times when the workload can be high, but it manageble.Overall ,it's a good place to build a carrer.

1. Lack of proper communication 2. Salary increments after the appraisal period arent automatic and need to be requested, which an be frustrated.

From my personal experience with 3.7 years. I receive my salary on time. and we are given enough time to complete our tasks. The management is highly supportive and encourages the development of new skills also offering great exposure to learning opportunities to ensure continuous growth. The work environment is open and collaborative. Free to express the ideas for improvements and changes required. I love and enjoy every day of my work at Takyon System.

Providing live online classes for students from CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE & American syllabi. ✅Subatra Mam is a great, hardworking person. Always look upto her! 💯 ✅Jayesh Sir is an inspiration & a visionary who is extremely committed towards improving the organization. He's always motivating us to excel in our skills & tasks. ✅The management & company culture is good. ✅Coordinators are helpful & hardworking as well. ✅Regular meetings & training sessions are conducted. Overall a good workplace.

...dents do not join the sessions nor notify about their unavailability beforehand. Less Classes = Less Pay. Not happy & satisfied with my job due to this!

My SM helps me by correcting my incorrect decisions, encouraging new innovations, and assisting in finding new course content. Also helping PPT Creations and Prompting, Introducing me new AI modules, Identifying errors and corrective actions.

the communication between departments are not being carried out effectively. Peoples are not understanding situations.
