Company politics at peak. Japanese people treates Indians like a servant. No job security. Can be fired in a moment. Company feels like a jail. No support from seniors. Only blame game. You cannot survive without buttering to your boss.

Company dislike salary ,8hour only standing,nothing house employee are leaving and company seating many distance, nothing company in odisa.

If you want to see what is office politics, join Takahata. Indian management is worst and Japanese management also contributes to this activity. HR department is terrible and horrible. No work life balance. Seniors will ask you to stay after office time also. Long working hours.You should forget about your self respect if you want to join this company. You should be flattery if you want to be a part of this company for long time. Otherwise, bye bye on the spot. 😒😒
