...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The growth of salary and promotion for the girls are less and there is no salary increments though it is luxury property . We have to work 12 to 13 hrs everyday and I suggest there should be pick up facility

One of the Top companies and is open to innovation, adopting latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of company which has a global client base. Also different cultural background people work together very nicely.

Nothing to Dislike. Only thing is that compensation is towards lower side
