You will lose your peace here due to complete political environment by certain departments like Administration,HR and Logistics. The leadership does not take any strong decision to change the culture of the organization. You will be saved by management if they need you and even if you do crimes like all types of harassment or corruption. Japanese Management is only here to earn money. No plan for India. Poor investment strategy. Overall so many things to be changed. People fear to state to avoid job losses. You are spied by administration via cctv and work from home even in corona was not given to all.

Basic foundation of organisational structure was not strong. Work culture is mostly unorganized way ruined.Heavy politics with noncompetent various leadership. Facilities provided by company is definitely good. Infact orgnasation is enough good, but Sr. postioned people are not capable for their assigned responsibilities. In case if major change would happens at top management level, then there will quit hopes to get comback in competitions. Off course hopes for the best to this organisation in future.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
