Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

The company is not at all good for anyone, they don't provide a healthy work culture and after working for months they don't even give you salary and keeps on delaying it. The owner Pasupuleti Kishor is a scammer who keeps on promising to provide salary but he only keeps on delaying the salary and after few months when his work is done he just got disappeared and removed all his contact details from everywhere.

I had applied for content creator role I found to know that Founder of this company pasupuleti kishore ,HR Mehrishi tiwari is a fraud persons They will take money from the employees they won't pay the salaries too. So luckily I never attend interview I suggest you all people don't fall in his trap

This is a fraud company and the Owner Pasupuleti Kishore is doing a scam . He hires people and then tells them that he is facing issues regarding the funds so everyone will get salary after a month and then he keeps on adding dates and then he suddenly got disappeared when all his work is done .
