Company do not want degree holders to work they want donkey to work.. Company rule are don't work just be good to boss you will get good increment..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, and also, there is no on-job training for freshers.

First of all,safety is worst, for all the GET's the compensation is very low. many people secured their job in that company only by experience not by skill.on overall, environment is worst,people are worst,company is running in profit.profit is all their need. fundamental needs
