Nothing as a professional manager here you will learn many things but they always need weekends to work and many people working on higher positions is really mad they do not have skills only they know how to play politics

everything here is really bad especially there salary cycle , finance team . salary never comes on time , As on higher position I feel very uncomfortable with job.

In the beginning, people will like working in the office but later on when you realize you will see what this company requires, Neither one of them is qualified for the job profile they provide.

If you have skills like flirting, back bitching, and most important office politics then you are the perfect fit for the office, you'll get appraisals easily thats'it.

The Management, the work that we do here the competitive nature of every employee of course in a healthy way. It’s really very motivating at each step, colleagues helping out each other and everyone works here by the actual sense of responsibility that it’s their own company and nothing should ho wrong and every individual take pride in saying that we work for TAGBIN.

Again the competitive nature of the team of course it’s healthy yet at times it takes a wrong route rest everything is wonderful

I dislike everything in that company, there is no work and life balance, poorly treated by team manager especially in content team just like machine. You have to work in every weekend from morning to till midnight
