There is a lot of politics and the management does not address my issues.Salary is low and in this pandemic situation they did not given my salary but other colleague getting their salary.Still now they did not contact with me.

It's a trap. If you are joining this company be prepared for a career destruction. Rules of Hitler are applied inside the company by the management. They treat employees as their home servant. Join at your own risk.
