They will be always looking companies portfolio growth. They won't care about their employees. Every year they will do acquire the company and doing layoffs.

Dislikes

...ayoff. Théy won't even give any prior information to employees about the layoff. Cost cutting is more. They're not even giving the internet expense bills.

Likes

It is a good company but the learning scope is limited to CMS applications. But for one who keeps exploring on the technologies and bag the technical stack. They can live anywhere For the company of this size around 500 employees the perks they give are very good.

Dislikes

This is common every where like they pay high for the new joinees and forget the existing resources

...nce is maintained. Encouraging Management to learn new skills, cross platform. Never compromise on Compensation and benefits. Great place to work.

When Pros are at top level and the best - why do you look for Cons.

Nothing. They provide food for free.

Dislikes

Worst management. No projects . They have only one project in Tosca and the work culture and work pressure is too high no understanding with the client . Worst client having no idea on giving timelines .
