Work life balance is difficult as a field operations team, because need to travel lot to visit field teams, salary and other componsation are not as per market standards and they don't even follow the words they promised on componsation, job security is nothing here once no project employees will be kicked out even without their notice payout.

HR is very unprofessional. They consider employees as idiots and do not respond to them.Here the employee's job security can be withdrawn even at midnight.The people who work here don't matter. There is no respect and value for the employees here.

Now, there is no value for hardworking persons. Old staff all are leaving, new employees are getting hired. Increment and appraisal not at all happening.
