No great work pressure, Manager is understanding. Work expenses re-imbursement policy is liberal. Varied kinds of projects will help in great exposure.

Dislikes

A firm guidance is missing. Pay scale is less than industry norm.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Did not find anything motivational.

Dislikes

Working there was nightmare. They have no proper rules for anything. Make employees work on weekends with any compensation for that. No personal life at all. Even after leaving the job they give bad reviews about employee.

First of all, it is in one of the top 20 CA firm in India that I am proud of. I liked the working environment of the firm as there are your colleagues who support you in work,motivate you to grow and from learning perspective the firm's overall standing is good.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and compensation benefits, the firm pays very less as a CA and gets all the work from you and you are pressurised to work ..They say you put your 100% efforts and just do work and work, salary is just the second priority. For bonus, they pay you late i.e. not on time. Also, salary is paid very late as compared to other top firms.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
